A new project is brewing in Springdale as the owners of Moose Valley Ranch have officially opened the first phase of their newest venture at the corner of Highway 231 and Highway 292.
Owned and operated by Jessica and Christopher Garza, the newly opened drive-thru and walk-up espresso stand, named Corner Trading Post, began serving customers this week as part of a larger long-term vision for the property. While still in its soft-opening phase, the stand is already drawing attention from locals and travelers passing through town.
Currently open seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., the espresso stand offers specialty coffee drinks, blended beverages, treats, and monthly flavor specials. The Garzas say they appreciate the kindness and patience the community has already shown as they continue fine-tuning operations and growing the project step by step.
Among the featured drinks currently on the menu are the “Cowboy Cookie Crunch” for fans of blended drinks, the “Spicy Cowgirl” for those who like a little kick, and the “Boot Stitch Breve” for customers looking for a smooth and flavorful coffee option.
Jessica and Christopher founded Moose Valley Ranch in 2020 as a way to diversify their family’s historic multi-generational ranching operation. Since then, the ranch has become known locally for hosting weddings, community gatherings, live music, and seasonal vendor events in the Springdale area.
One of the ranch’s upcoming events is “Market in the Mountains,” a multi-day vendor and music event scheduled for Sept. 25–27. The event is expected to feature regional vendors, live entertainment, food, shopping, and family-friendly activities.
Rather than recreating what once occupied the location, the Garzas say the espresso stand project represents something entirely new — one that they hope will continue evolving over time into a welcoming stop for both the local community and visitors traveling through Springdale.
